The gap

A licence is easy to want.
Hard to land.

Which IP actually fits your brand. What the rights let you do. What the fandom will forgive and what it won't. Who signs off, and how long it takes.

Those answers rarely live in an inbox. They live with the people holding the licence, and this is the day they are all in one room.

Who's in the room

150 people worth
knowing.

The floor

Three ways to
spend the day.

01

The forum

Five sessions across the day, from people who have licensed, activated and sold with IP, on what separated the campaigns that worked from the ones that quietly didn't. The floor stays open throughout, so nothing on stage competes with your meetings.

02

The exhibitors

Walk the floor. Ask about the IP, the rights, the fees and the timeline, directly to the people who own it. No gatekeeping, no distributor telephone game.

03

The networking

Our matching app shows you who else is in the room and lets you set meetings around everything else you want to see. Arrive with a plan, not a stack of name cards.

The programme · Thursday 19 November

Five sessions.
One day. No filler.

The forum runs on the hour and clears between sessions, so the floor and your booked meetings never compete with the stage.

One collab, start to finish. With the numbers left in.

FAQ

Who is this for?

Brand and marketing teams, agencies, retailers, distributors, media and creators who want to work with licensed IP, plus the licensors themselves. If your job touches what goes on a shelf, a screen or a shopfront, you belong here.

Is it open to the public?

It is aimed at the trade rather than the general public, and the floor holds 150. Registration is open on the matching platform: create an account, complete your card, and you are in the room. The March 2027 main show at Nijigen opens far wider.

What does it cost to attend?

Attending is free for the kickoff edition. Exhibitor and sponsor packages are separate; ask us for the rate card.

I want to exhibit. What do I get?

A booth on the floor, a profile on the matching app, and direct access to the brand and agency guests. Message any contact below and we will send the exhibitor pack.

What is the matching platform?

It is where you register, and where the room is organised. You build a short card: who you are, what you want, what you offer. It then shows you who fits, flagging the people whose needs match yours in both directions. You book meetings into slots that run alongside the forum, and both sides get a calendar invite. On the day you simply work your list.

Where exactly, and when?
